The team members consist of the delivery team, BD team, employee relations team, and ES team, with a talent team of 1000 directly serving customers. The delivery team is the core team of Topwit, with 100% of team members having a bachelor's degree or above. All members have experience in human resources recruitment positions or high-end talent search (headhunting) work experience, and have bilingual work abilities in both Chinese and English. By leveraging the 10 years of experience and knowledge accumulation in the automation industry of the parent company, INCUBE Automation Co., Ltd., the recruitment team has a deep understanding and grasp of industry background knowledge through understanding the parent company's projects, participating in training on the parent company's industry background, and communicating with the parent company's technical team.
