Responsibilities

• Lead communication and coordination between US-based AI team and Suzhou-based internal stakeholders
  

• Collaborate with process, equipment, QA, and yield teams to gather clear requirements and enable data access
  

• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  

• Proactively resolve roadblocks and drive project outcomes by coordinating resources and aligning priorities
  

• Collaborate closely with the US-based AI team to translate model outputs into user-facing dashboards or decision-support tools
  

• Communicate effectively with Suzhou-based process, QA, and equipment teams to gather UI/UX and system requirements
  

• Build APIs and backend services to support real-time data exchange with Manufacturing Systems
  

• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and cross-border development collaboration efficiency
  

• Continuously improve the cross-border project workflow and communication efficiency
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above, with over 1 years of relevant working experience
  

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), capable of handling bilingual technical communication
  

• Strong project management skills and cross-functional coordination capabilities
  

• Experience in front-end and back-end software development, AI/ML, or data-driven manufacturing projects is preferred
